Cancellations & Returns
You may cancel an order as long as the status is still showing as "Processing" in the "My Account" section of our website. Once the status has changed from "Processing", an order may no longer be canceled. We make every effort to ensure that our online inventory accurately reflects our physical inventory, however, we do deal with limited and one of a kind items, and there is always a possibility that an error may occur. If an order is confirmed through the website and we are unable to fill the order, for whatever reason, we will immediatley notify you and do our best to find a replacement. If a suitable replacement is not available, then a refund or order adjustment may be the only solution. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Due to the collectible nature of the items we sell, we do not currently accept returns. If there is a problem with an item you receive, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve any issues you have on a case by case basis.
